In order to summarize the work in 2020 and better plan the production, operation and development of the new year, on the afternoon of February 6, 2021, Yuanda Meile held the 2020 work summary and 2021 work arrangement meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor.        According to the meeting arrangement, Xu Ping, deputy manager of the marketing center area, and Zeng Xiangyou, director of the second packaging workshop of the production department, spoke on behalf of outstanding employees, sharing their growth experience and gains in the past year, and grateful for the development platform provided by the company and the care for employees.


       Finally, Mr. Wang announced the appointment notice of the company’s middle-level and above managers, the principle of year-end bonus distribution, and explained the company’s salary plan for 2021 and the revised terms of overtime management regulations. We have many bright spots in our work in 2020, but there are also some shortcomings. Mr. Wang proposed the direction for improvement and emphasized the key tasks in 2021. Mr. Wang requires all employees to have a good working attitude. They should be open, tolerant and generous in the team, closely focus on the company’s production and operation goals, work hard, and have a "being" to have a "position." A better tomorrow for the company!
