Corporate culture is the foundation for unifying the ideological understanding of employees and the implementation of various management systems. In order to further enhance and strengthen the awareness of employees’ systems, standardize the work execution standards, and improve the internal management level, the company organized all employees to carry out the publicity and implementation training of corporate culture and rules and regulations on the morning of January 12, 2023.


The training content mainly includes the interpretation of the core values of corporate culture, the promotion and implementation of various systems, and the company’s human resources structure, the development of reserve talent training, and the participation of employees in various corporate cultural activities throughout the year. This training focused on the detailed explanation and illustration of the evaluation contents of the company’s employees’ performance and values, emphasized the red line awareness, highlighted the deep meaning of the company’s core values of "integrity and reliability, efficiency and pragmatism, openness and innovation, and achievement of customers", encouraged employees to learn more and improve, conscientiously implement the company’s core values, and used to guide the implementation of various work to adapt to the company’s reform and development requirements.

Finally, the company’s General Manager Chen summarized the training and emphasized the relevant system provisions, requiring all employees to respect the system rules, keep the bottom line, strictly abide by the company’s rules and regulations, strengthen self-restraint and pay attention to details. At the same time, Mr. Chen also thanked all the employees of the company for their perseverance and courage in the face of complex external economic forms, epidemic situation, high temperature, water and electricity shortage and other difficulties since 2022, especially for the hard work of the production line employees in difficult times; In the new year, I hope that all employees will take a serious and diligent attitude, dig deep into their potential, never slacken on the way forward, open up a new situation for Meile and create a better life.
