On the morning of that day, the company organized a training session for all employees to interpret core values. Starting from 2021, the company has increased its efforts to reshape corporate culture, reorganize corporate values, and provide different forms of training, interpretation, and guidance on values through promotional boards, slogans, centralized training, and situational drama performances. At the same time, the company also conducts quarterly value assessments, marking red lines that employees cannot touch. This training reviewed the practice of values by employees in recent years, emphasizing the philosophy of being a good person and doing things advocated by Meile’s values, and ultimately returning to achieving customers, realizing the values of the enterprise and employees in the process of achieving customers. At the meeting, employees enthusiastically spoke up, expressing their understanding of values and the guiding role of values in actual work.

This event is divided into two parts: individual park activities and team competitions. The team competition includes two projects: "tug of war" and "microphone". The individual park activities include eight games: "Pinball", "Bench grab", "Jump rope", "Blind man banging the gong", "Pearl on the palm", "Shooting competition", "Word and Speech relay", and "Ring". In the personal park activity segment, employees choose to participate according to their personal preferences, fully immersed and enthusiastic, with continuous laughter and a lively atmosphere, fully showcasing the vitality and infinite energy of Meile people.

The open factory area boils into a joyful ocean, and members of each team work together harmoniously, exerting all their strength, tightly grasping the long rope, riveting their feet, and gathering strength towards victory.
