On March 5, 2024, during this beautiful season, the School of Biotechnology at Sichuan University of Light Industry and Chemical Technology organized a practical research activity for 160 graduating students at Yuanda Meile Company. The purpose of this practical research is to enable students to step out of campus, explore the world with their eyes, listen to stories with their ears, gain a close understanding of typical production processes in the field of food engineering, master the main production projects and related production processes and methods, promote their ability to connect theory with practice, and strengthen cooperation and communication between schools and enterprises.
The teachers and students walked into the Fushun Spicy Sauce Culture and History Exhibition Hall located in Meile Company. After the visit, the company arranged a tasting session for teachers and students in the office building square, showcasing multiple seasoning products with local characteristics. Everyone actively participated and not only tasted the products, but also DIY delicious mixed noodles with the company’s products on site.
