2024In order to further strengthen enterprise safety production management, enhance employee safety awareness, prevent various accidents, and ensure safety and stability in the production process, Meile Company held a safety work special meeting on December 16, 2024.
At the meeting, the county emergency bureau and the economic development zone held a safety work meeting to report on the recent major fire accidents in the park enterprises, and conveyed the spirit of the meeting on the accident situation, annual fire risk situation, and work requirements. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of safety management at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, the key tasks required by the "Three Year Action Plan for Addressing the Root Causes of Safety Production in Industrial and Commercial Enterprises" were conveyed and studied, and information on recent safety risk warnings at the provincial, municipal, and county levels was reported.

In order to prevent similar accidents from happening again, the higher-level safety management department requires all enterprises to deeply reflect, carefully understand, and thoroughly solve the ideological problems in safety production. They should immediately carry out inspections of equipment, facilities, gas and electricity (such as tram charging), confined spaces, hot work, and welding operations. Therefore, based on the actual production and operation, the company has made arrangements and arrangements for safety work in the near future and this winter and next spring through this meeting.
1、Safety is the premise of all work and the top priority of daily work. Employees must firmly establish a sense of safety. Each center and department should strengthen safety training and education for employees in their daily production and operation work, strengthen supervision of employees’ compliance with rules and regulations, prevent violations of rules, discipline, and operations, and avoid the image of illegal command.
2、Intensify inspections of the site and key areas of the company (water, electricity, gas), and only organize production work on the premise of ensuring safety; Intensify the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, and complete the handling of identified hazards within the prescribed time.
3、Regularly provide safety education and warnings to employees, especially through pre shift meetings, post shift meetings, departmental work meetings, etc., emphasizing safety, strengthening safety awareness, and implementing relevant work in accordance with the company’s dual prevention mechanism management requirements.
4、 Learn from the lessons of surrounding fire safety accidents, regularly inspect fire-fighting facilities and equipment to ensure their normal use, strengthen communication with fire maintenance units, promptly deal with hidden dangers in fire-fighting facilities, conduct timely fire emergency drills and training, and enable employees to proficiently use fire-fighting equipment and handle initial fire incidents; Intensify inspections on gas usage and electric vehicle charging, strictly prohibit the use of electric blankets and heaters in nap rooms, prohibit the use of heaters in office areas, and take fire prevention measures in key areas.
5、Strengthen the safety management of outsourced operations and personnel, conduct strict safety training and disclosure, and sign safety responsibility notices.
6、Strengthen the safety management of confined spaces, regularly inspect the integrity of supporting safety facilities and equipment, and ensure normal use; Strengthen the management of special equipment, including the operation and daily management of forklifts, elevators, boilers, etc., to prevent accidents from occurring.
7、Employees should pay attention to their own safety precautions, especially traffic safety during commuting.
At the end of the meeting, the company leaders emphasized the importance of safety work, requiring all employees to enhance their safety awareness, further strengthen their awareness of safety red lines, and infiltrate safety supervision into every aspect, effectively enhancing their sense of responsibility and mission in safety management work. Each department should sort out and compare the meeting arrangements, strengthen inspections, especially for gas and electricity safety in winter, to ensure that no accidents occur.
